A pharmacy who has gone above and beyond. I switched after have constant problems monthly with my medication and then after being hurt by things being said by staff as well. My drs sent a new prescription for one of my meds that the other place had nothing of supposedly and Alton pharmacy got it sorted and ready for collection in less than 10 minutes. When we were there we explained about the issues and they asked if we would like to change to them being my nominated pharmacy. I said yes please because I couldn’t handle anymore of the other place messing around with my medication. The decision to switch to them is one I wish I had done sooner. They have been amazing and are awesome when it comes to helping those with hidden disabilities and giving them the time and not rushing them. Thank you Alton Pharmacy you are all amazing!!”
